Qualifications:
• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Possess strong communication, self-confidence, and public speaking skills.
• Well-groomed, attractive appearance, and expressive on camera.
• Experience as a Live Streaming Host or Content Talent is an advantage.
• Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Shopee).
• Capable of creative and communicative work and effective team collaboration.
• Willing to work flexible hours to accommodate live streaming schedules, content production, and company events.

Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as a live streaming host on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other digital platforms.
• Actively interact with the audience during live sessions to boost engagement and sales.
• Act as on-camera talent for video content creation across company social media channels.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on content conceptualization, production, and execution.
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose content ideas relevant to the target audience.
• Promote company products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner.
• Willing to act as a promotional representative (SPG) to support promotional activities at exhibitions, bazaars, or external company events.
